This will depend on who (if any) of your family are alive at that time. The flowchart sets out the order of entitlement.
If you are cohabiting with somebody and are not married/in a civil partnership, that person is not entitled to any part of your estate if you die without a Will. It is therefore very important to put a Will in place to ensure that person is provided for on your death.
Even if the Intestacy Rules produces the result that you want, we would always recommend putting a Will in place as it allows you to choose your own Executors, express funeral wishes and appoint guardians for minor children. It also makes the administration of your estate easier on your death and you can have peace of mind that the people you wish to inherit your estate, do so.
