Our Story

We focus on providing a personal service that is focused on helping our clients achieve their objectives.  We have a modern approach to how we deliver our services and fully utilise technology to ensure we can be as efficient as possible. We pride ourselves on being adaptable to every type of clients needs.  We are always pleased to welcome clients to our offices for meetings but are also pleased to offer alternative communications methods to work around and meet our clients needs - from face to face meetings, conference calls, video conferencing - in short, we work around you and what is convenient for you.

TMT  have all the expertise and know how you expect from a law firm but we pride ourselves on having a more personal approach than traditional law firms. We are proud to be Innovative, Dynamic, Friendly and Professional.​

Although TMT acts for clients nationally, our head office is actually based in Hythe, Hampshire where Robert James; a camping shop, once stood. Geoffrey Clark, the shop owner and popular local resident, was very well known locally and often referred to as the 'Welly Boot Man' and many years ago, sold our Managing Partner Claire some welly boots! Our Legal services are well removed from a camping shop but we pride ourselves on providing the same warm and friendly service that Geoffrey provided for many years on the same site. In 2021 we opened our second branch in central Southampton and in May 2023 our third branch in Chandlers Ford was launched, putting us at the heart of another community just like Hythe, and increasing our reach across Hampshire.​
