Claire Terrill

Claire has over 20 years experience working in law firms. Having been an Equity Partner of a top 60 UK Law Firm with offices nationwide and now Managing Partner of TMT Legal Services. Claire’s clients receive a high level of personal service, together with expert legal advice. She is a very technical lawyer with a ‘non-jargon’ approach who anticipates and deals with legal issues quickly and efficiently. Claire is responsible for the firm's growth, strategy and culture.

Claire’s clients include property developers, investors, landlords and private individuals. Claire is a property developer herself and understands the commercial advice behind any investment and its realisation.

One of the highlights of her career was an article in Business Magazine as an “up and coming professional to watch” with an article focussed on her advice to women on being a working mother and not having to choose between a family and a career. She was also interviewed for the BBC’s The Apprentice and has featured on Radio 4 in relation to the ever changing Stamp Duty Land Tax. She is also on the Committee for the Southampton Property Association.

Claire’s personal goal is to do the Inca Trails and jump from an aeroplane although she is in no rush!
